Apper Construction LLC is a family-owned roofing and exterior contractor based in Maryland, founded in 2016 by Leandro "Leo" Teletor. What started as a small Hispanic family crew has grown into a trusted local team serving Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery, and Prince George's Counties. After years of working hand-in-hand on roofs, siding, gutters, windows, and dormers across Maryland, Leo and his crew built Apper Construction on three simple promises: show up on time, do the job right the first time, and treat every home like it was our own.
