Family-owned Maryland contractor since 2016. We handle roofing, roof repair, siding, windows, gutters, and doors across five Maryland counties — with our own licensed crews, honest written estimates, and a 25-year workmanship warranty. MHIC #05-146983 · 5★ Google & Trustpilot · 410-508-6141.
Apper Construction LLC is a family-owned roofing and exterior contractor based in Severn, Maryland, founded in 2016 by Leandro "Leo" Teletor. What started as a small Hispanic family crew has grown into a trusted local team holding MHIC license #05-146983 and serving Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery, and Prince George's Counties.
After years of working hand-in-hand on roofs, siding, gutters, windows, and dormers across Maryland, Leo and his crew built Apper Construction on three promises: show up on time, do the job right the first time, and treat every home like it was our own. That's how you get 5 stars across Google & Trustpilot verified reviews.
We're not a sales office with a call center — we're the same crew that climbs the ladder, runs the estimate, and cleans up the yard before we leave. Call 410-508-6141 or use the form for your free, written estimate.
What We Stand For
Every roof, soffit, and gutter line is installed with manufacturer-spec techniques and premium GAF, CertainTeed, and James Hardie materials — so your home stays watertight for decades, not seasons. MHIC #05-146983.
We honor our schedule. From the first estimate to the final cleanup, you'll know what's happening, when, and what it costs — no surprises. Our 5-star Google & Trustpilot reviews reflect that consistency.
We listen before we quote. Leo personally walks every property, explains the real condition of your roof, and recommends only what your home actually needs — never upsells. Free, written estimate at 410-508-6141.
We live and work in the same Maryland neighborhoods we serve — Severn, Odenton, Gambrills, Columbia, Ellicott City, and across Anne Arundel County. Our reputation is built one referral at a time, and we protect it on every job.

Leo is on-site or one phone call away on every project — not a subcontractor you've never met. Call 410-508-6141 and you'll reach the person who knows your project.
Free estimates — no pressure, no surprises. Maryland's trusted exterior contractor.
