After I had two no show roofing companies, I contacted Apper Construction on the recommendation of a friend. Leo, forgive me if I have your name wrong! Leo stopped by and looked at the job which entailed running three bathroom exhaust vents through the roof and the range hood exhaust, all of which were vented into the attic by the previous homeowner. Apper’s estimate was entirely reasonable and they showed a lot of diligence in attempting to match the existing, discontinued shingles. Communication was outstanding throughout the process. They showed up on time and finished the job in a little over three hours. Their work was beautiful and they cleaned up after themselves such that it looked as if they had never been there. I am a retired home improvement contractor, but do to health reasons, can no longer perform this type of work myself, and I can say from experience that they did everything exactly as they should have. I highly recommend Apper Construction.
