From first meeting until job completion Apper was responsive, punctual, and expertly professional: highly recommended for vinyl siding replacement. The company owner showed personal interest by doing the initial estimate, checking work progress, and asking my impressions as work progressed. The 5-man crew operated efficiently, with well orchestrated precision, completing the job with excellent results in 2-days. Apper Construction is the place to start for expert vinyl siding replacement at a fair price!

Strongly recommend Apper construction for any roof and exterior needs. Noticed a leak on Sunday, they were out on Monday to assess and give a quote. Leandro and his team were impressively thorough and they did a great job. Very thorough cleanup too!

Apper Construction exceeded my expectations! Their team was professional, punctual, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The quality of their workmanship and the materials they used were top-notch. What really impressed me was their efficiency. They removed my old roof and completed the entire replacement in just one day. When the job was finished, they did an excellent cleanup and left my property spotless. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers quality work, professionalism, and outstanding service, I highly recommend Apper Construction. Great experience from start to finish!

The company owner came out personally and did the inspection and guided me to what I need and even recommended that I wait a bit to replace the front porch roof, because it was still in good condition. However, I chose to have the entire roof and the porch replaced with this company because their workmanship is so fantastic and I went onto hire them to do two other property properties.

We had a great experience with Leondro and this roofing company! They were so responsive, helpful, and thorough from the beginning. They quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and got the work completed sooner than we expected. The pricing was very reasonable, and we really appreciated how professional and easy they were to work with. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work!
