That combination overwhelms the builder-grade 5-inch gutters most homes still have — water sheets over the front in a heavy storm, packs solid with leaves every fall, and runs down behind the fascia or against the foundation. The work on the roof is complex work for it is multi levels and steep. They extended the gutters so that water from the highest roof level drops into another.
