The homeowner had visible soffit damage threatening the roof edge and attic ventilation. Leo personally evaluated the eave system, identified rotted material behind the fascia, and rebuilt the affected sections so the roof line is once again clean, ventilated, and protected from pest entry and water intrusion.
Soffit work is invisible when done right and obvious when done wrong. The challenge was matching the existing profile and paint while replacing rotted substrate beneath. Our solution: full removal of compromised wood, treatment of adjacent framing, new vented soffit panels matched to the original, and clean caulk and paint lines at every transition.
