The homeowner had been turned away by multiple roofers who didn't want to deal with a small shed plus a stubborn leak running under an attached deck. We took on the full scope: re-shingled the shed, traced the under-deck water intrusion to its source, and rebuilt the affected section so the deck and shed shed water properly going forward.
Small jobs are often the hardest because access is awkward and the failure is rarely where it appears. Our crew removed select deck boards to reach the leak path, replaced rotted decking, installed proper ice-and-water shield, then re-shingled the shed with new underlayment and drip edge. Deck boards were re-installed cleanly with no visible scarring.
